Timings are print time only, and assume a single part at standard settings. Larger models may need next-day rather than same-day delivery.

What file formats do you accept?: STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP. STL is the safest bet. If you only have a sketch, a photo or measurements, send those instead and we'll advise.
What happens if a print fails?: We reprint it at our cost. Failures are our problem, not yours. If a failure means we'll miss a promised delivery slot, we call you the moment we know.
How do I measure my model?: Check the bounding box in your CAD or slicer software — the longest dimension in X, Y and Z. If you're modelling from a real object, calipers beat a ruler; a millimetre matters on fitted parts.
What are the size limits?: Up to 300 × 300 × 300mm as a single piece. Anything bigger we split into sections and either join them or supply them for assembly — just ask.
Can you print functional, load-bearing parts?: Yes. PETG with higher infill and reinforced walls handles brackets, jigs and housings well. Tell us how the part will be loaded and we'll recommend settings.
